Yes. Browsing, inquiring, booking viewings, creating listings, and getting verified are all free. The only paid features are agent subscriptions (for people managing properties for others) and optional listing upgrades (Featured / Highlighted / Urgent) that landlords can buy to boost visibility.
We require a clear photo of your Ghana Card plus a supporting document (utility bill, land title, or tenancy agreement). Our admin team reviews each submission manually. Once approved, your profile gets a green Verified badge that seekers see on every listing you publish.
No. We're a directory, not an escrow. Once you've agreed terms with the landlord on WhatsApp, you pay them directly — exactly how it has always worked in Ghana, just with the search part fixed.
Tap 'Report listing' on the listing page. Our team reviews flags within 24 hours and removes anything that turns out to be fraudulent. Verified landlords are heavily filtered before reaching the platform, but if something slips through we want to know.
The pin on the public map is offset by roughly 200 meters from the real address to protect the landlord's privacy. The exact location, what3words address, and any nearby landmarks are shared with you as soon as the landlord accepts your inquiry.
